The AVERAGEIFS function

Averages the cells that meet several conditions.

In German Excel: MITTELWERTWENNS

How to write it

=AVERAGEIFS(average_range, criteria_range1, criteria1, [criteria_range2, criteria2], …)
average_range
What to average (comes first!).
criteria_range1, criteria1
The first condition.
criteria_range2, criteria2
More conditions; all must be true.

💡 Same order as SUMIFS: the range to average comes first.
