If ExcelHero Pro isn't for you, you get a full refund within 14 days of any payment, no questions asked. This covers the first purchase and every renewal, monthly or yearly.

How to ask for one

Payments are handled by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Request your refund at paddle.net (look up your order with the email you used to buy) or email us at [email protected]. The money goes back to the payment method you used; depending on your bank this takes a few days.

After a refund

A refund ends the subscription or one-time purchase and turns Pro off. Your account and progress stay.

Cancelling without a refund

After the 14 days you can cancel any time; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
