2. What ExcelHero is

ExcelHero is a learning site with spreadsheet formula exercises that are checked right in your browser. Some lessons are free. ExcelHero Pro unlocks every lesson, the test and the certificate.

3. Buying through Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms (Paddle.com Market Limited, Judd House, 18–29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT) also apply to your purchase. All prices include applicable sales tax.

4. Subscription and cancellation

Pro is billed monthly or yearly and renews automatically for the same period until you cancel. You can cancel any time on your account page or through the link in your receipt email; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

With the one-time "Lifetime" purchase you pay once and keep Pro without a subscription for as long as ExcelHero exists. Should we ever shut ExcelHero down, we will email you at least three months in advance.

5. Refunds

Within 14 days of any payment you get a full refund, no questions asked. See our refund policy for details.

6. Your account

You need an email address you can access to create an account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared. You can delete yours any time on the account page.

7. Fair use

Please use ExcelHero for learning. Do not scrape content in bulk, resell it, attack the site or create certificates with false details. We may suspend accounts that do.

8. Availability and content

We work to keep ExcelHero online and the exercises correct, but cannot guarantee either. We may add, change or replace lessons as long as Pro keeps its overall scope.

9. Liability

We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual duties, limited to the damage typically foreseeable.

10. Trademarks

ExcelHero is not affiliated with Microsoft Corporation. Microsoft and Excel are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies.

11. Final provisions

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. If these terms change, we will email you beforehand.
