Picks a value from a list by its position.
In German Excel: WAHL
How to write it
=CHOOSE(index_num, value1, [value2], …)- index_num
- The position, starting at 1.
- value1
- The first value in the list.
- value2
- More values.
💡 An index outside the list gives #VALUE!.
Try it
Turn the day number into a name: 1 is Mon, 2 is Tue, up to 5, Fri.
