Pick from a list: SWITCH and CHOOSE

SWITCH compares one value with a list of options: =SWITCH(B2,"S","Small","M","Medium"). A last value without a partner is for everything else. CHOOSE picks by position: =CHOOSE(2,"a","b","c") gives "b".
